Yes. A credit card number can only be associated with one account and must have your name embossed on it. If the card number is in use by another account, you will not be able to use it. Go to your account dashboard, click on Deposit Now. Remove the card that is in use and attach another card or make a transfer from your bank account to top up your TAB account
